Ravi - Director
Ravi has over ten years of very valuable experience in the sector. Prior to Oadby estates Ravi worked at a leading Leicestershire Estates firm and comes from large family background in property development, however his real passion began in 2008 when he founded the company whilst still studying at University. Ravi is often the first point of contact for professional bodies for accurate and up-to-date market intelligence. With strong beliefs in customer service, Ravi continues to push forward in providing customers with a service that is second to none and installs these beliefs within the sales team. Ravi prides himself on his professionalism and dedication in achieving the best price possible for his Clients.
Vinay – Accounts Manager
Having previously worked in our sales department and therefore having a complete knowledge of the business, Vinay is now our Accounts Manager who is fully train in residential and commercial management. Vinay graduated in Maths from Leicester University and now is currently studying towards his ACCA accounts qualifications. He has vast experience in all aspects of accountancy and estate agency. Vinay is very approachable and always on hand to help with any enquiry.
Satinder- Sales Negotiator
Creative and passionate Satinder has established herself as a first class negotiator. Satinder has a good educational background graduating in English from the University of Leicester where she went onto complete her PGCE and has taught in various Leicestershire schools for 14 years. She has an in-depth knowledge of the Leicester area and is happy to spend time understanding clients needs and assisting them in their search for their perfect home. Satinder will also work closely with sellers ensuring our service remains at the finest standard throughout the process.
Sadhana - Sales Negotiator
Sadhana joined Oadby Estates in 2016 as a Sales Negotiator and has been listing and selling properties in the Leicestershire area. Since working at Oadby Estates she has built up a good local knowledge of the area and uses her customer skills to ensure all her clients are serviced to the highest standard. Sadhana was born and educated in London and has lived in Leicester for the last 22 years. She has worked in the property market for over 20 years and has gained vast experience in the rental market in both London and Leicester.
Laura - Customer Service Advisor
Laura joined Oadby Estates as an apprentice in 2015 to help with customer demand due to the company growing so successfully. She completed a customer service qualification here at Oadby Estates and is now working towards a management qualification. Laura is passionate about giving excellent customer service and is always happy to engage with customers to help them find a property that ticks all the boxes.
